Attorney Roger Woolsey of Greeneville, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee presented Roger Alan Woolsey with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Roger guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Roger was found guilty of contempt by the Court of Criminal Appeals for the late filing of an appellate brief on behalf of his client.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Roger practices at 118 South Main Street in Greeneville, Tennessee.
