Attorney Sherry Dobbins of Ft. Payne, AL; slacker

The state of Alabama presented Sherry Ann Weldon Dobbins with law license in 1995 after she graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association Sherry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions regarding representation
• Failed to respond to client communications
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sherry!)
• Took 6 months to provide court with requested order

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Sherry by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Sherry practices in Ft. Payne, Alabama.
