Attorney Albert Bulls III of Tuskegee Institute, AL; ethical gremlin

 

The state of Alabama presented Albert Clarence Bulls III with law license in 1996 after he graduated from the Mississippi College of Law.

 

The Alabama State Bar Association Al guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
  • Failed to advise State Bar of intent to not maintain trust account
  • Failed to segregate client funds from personal funds
  • Failed to advise State Bar of writing checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Failed to establish separate account to hold client funds
  • Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Al practices at 2801 Althea Street in Tuskegee Institute, Alabama.
