Judge Bobby McCallister of Benton, AR; slacker 

The state of Arkansas presented Bobby D. McAllister with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Memphis State University Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place before he ascended to the bench as a Saline County Circuit Court judge.

• Failed to obtain service of lawsuit on easily identifiable defendant
• Failed to advise client his case had been dismissed
• Failed to respond to inquiry from another attorney
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to expedite client litigation                                                               

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary caution.  

As we speak (September 2015), continues to sit as a Saline County Circuit Court judge in Benton, Arkansas.
