Attorney Russell Small of Stamford, CT; ethical gremlin

The state of Connecticut provided Russell Gary Small with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Ohio University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Russ by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Russ practices at 400 Main Street in Stamford, Connecticut.
