Attorney David Fusco of Wolcott, CT; repeat offender

The state of Connecticut provided David Fusco with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport Law School

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit and misrepresentation
• Engaged in scheme to improperly obtain another’s funds
• Provided sham receipts for funds he did not actually receive

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously was gifted with a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Dave practices at 32 Townline Road in Wolcott, Connecticut.
