Attorney Ridgely Brown of Winston-Salem, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Ridgely Whitmore Brown with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Maryland Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Ridgely guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to obtain client permission to apply advance payments from one case to another
• Never provided client with exploratory memo on abuse of process civil suit
