Attorney Brian Lambeck of Georgetown, CT; serial offender

The state of Connecticut provided Brian Edward Lambeck with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to appear at pre-trial on client’s behalf
  • Default judgment entered against client due to gross negligence
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to file motion to re-open legal matter on behalf of client
  • Failed to return numerous client phone calls
  • Failed to return client file upon being terminated
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Brian!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brian’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received four (4) separate complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Brian practices with the Law Office of Brian Lambeck at 457 Black Rock Road in Georgetown, Connecticut.
