Appeal Judge Colleen Cooney of Cleveland; enabler for dishonest judges and lifelong porker
Judge Colleen Cooney of the 9th District Court of Appeals in Cleveland has spent the lion’s share of her adult life porking out at the public trough. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Cleveland area was about to offer her any well-paying position. Can ya blame them?
In the recent past, Judge Cooney established her bona fides as an enabler for dishonest judges when she sat on assignment with the Ohio Supreme Court.
In this matter it was proven beyond all doubt that the trial judge was not only a certified thief but that he personally engaged in conduct specifically aimed at getting even with a party in the case that had exposed his egregious misconduct to the proper authorities.
In the face of this irrefutable evidence of bias, Judge Colleen Cooney had the chutzpah to rule that she couldn’t find even the “appearance of bias.” This despite documentary evidence proving that the trial judge had filed sham criminal complaints against the party and had falsely accused him of criminal stalking, etc.
Of course this is the kind of justice you get when a loser like Judge Colleen Cooney ascends to the bench based on her past conduct as a compliant lackey for the local political hacks in Cleveland.
Seemingly, Judge Cooney would find no evidence of judicial bias if a trial judge actually were involved in assaulting a litigant because he caught the litigant having an affair with his wife.
What a loser!
