Attorney Frank Jacobs of Toledo, OH; ethical dwarf

The State of Ohio presented Frank David Jacobs with a law license in 1959 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.  

The Toledo Bar Association found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Frankie accepted or continued to represent clients in a matter wherein his professional judgment on a client’s behalf was likely to be compromised by said representation.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Frankie practices with Eastman & Smith at One SeaGate in Toledo, Ohio.
