Attorney P. Robert Broeren of Mount Vernon, OH; ethical dwarf

The State of Ohio presented P. Robert Broeren with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from University of Notre Dame Law School.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to promptly deliver property client entitled to receive
• Neglected entrusted legal matter
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bobby!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Bobby practices as the Director of Law for Mount Vernon at 5 North Gay Street in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
