Attorney Samantha Farlow-Moyd of Orangeburg, SC; ethical dwarf

The State of South Carolina presented Samantha Farlow-Moyd with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Sam guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Sam by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Sam practices with the Farlow-Moyd Law Firm in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
