Attorney Kenneth Roper of Pickens, SC; lying moron

The State of South Carolina presented Kenneth Roper with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated his oath of office
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Knowingly made a false statement of fact to third person
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Signed as witness on closing documents despite not witnessing signature

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Kenny practices at 222 McDaniel Avenue in Pickens, South Carolina.
