The state of Florida provided David Barry Newman with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Stetson University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter,Dave engaged in a conflict of interest when he represented several clients in trademark matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
