Attorney Stephen Rakusin of Ft. Lauderdale; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida provided Stephen Bruce Rakusin with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff resulting in said person engaging in the illegal practice of law
• Entered into business transaction with a client but failed to put the terms in writing, causing him to charge fees that were illegal and excessive

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Stevie practices at 2919 East Commercial Blvd in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
