Attorney Rex Smith of Lake Oswego, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Rex Q. Smith with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Northwestern Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Rex guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Threatened witness in legal proceeding

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Rex by gifting him with a complimentary 35-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Rex practices in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
