Attorney Tara Collins of Beaumont, CA; perjurer

The state of California provided Tara Jean Collins with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Chapman University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Tara guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tara reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that she was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact she had not done so.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Tara by gifting her with a complimentary 30-daysuspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Tara was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Tara practices at 1227 Foster Street in Beaumont, California, which is located in Riverside County.
