Attorney Peter Brown of Van Nuys, CA; convicted bully

The state of California provided Peter T. Brown with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Pete pleaded no contest to assault with a firearm. The charge stemmed from an incident in which Pete, drunk, threatened to shoot his goddaughter’s boyfriend in the kneecaps. At the time, the goddaughter, her friend and boyfriend were in Pete’s guest house, where the couple lived. Pete tripped and fell, dropping the gun, and the boyfriend grabbed it and called police.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Pete practices in Van Nuys, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
