Attorney Ronald Moak of Camden, SC; slacker

The State of South Carolina presented Ronald Wade Moak with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016) Ronnie practices with the Moak Law Firm in Camden, South Carolina.
