Attorney Thomas Hooton of Dallas, TX; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Thomas Lane Hooton with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected appeal of matter entrusted to him by a client
• Failed to refund unearned advance fees after termination (thief)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Tommy practices with the Hooton Law Office at 3500 Maple Avenue in Dallas, Texas.
