Attorney Saul Gower of Houston, TX; convicted fraudster

The state of Texas presented Saul A. Gower with a law license in 1979 after she graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The District 4-E Grievance Committee found Saul guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Saul pleaded guilty to one count of misbranding a pharmaceutical drug while held for sale and one count of making a false statement to an agent of the Food and Drug Administration.

Subsequently, Saul was to four years of probation, restricting him to his place of residence for six months, and ordering him to perform 300 hours of community service and pay $200 in assessments; $1,000 in fines; and $98,426 in restitution.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Saul by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Saul practices at 10907 Doud Street in Houston, Texas.
