Attorney Hollie Greene of Conroe, TX; serial offender   

The state of Texas presented Hollie Vesla Greene with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from Texas Southern University of Law School.

The District 11-A Grievance Committee found Hollie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely send Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) to client’s ex-husband’s employer
• Failure to send QDRO led to ex-husband taking full distribution of funds
• Failed to return client phone calls
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Hollie!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Hollie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received three (3) complimentary suspensions of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Hollie by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Hollie practices in Conroe, Texas.
