Attorney Neal Pickett of Katy, TX; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Neal Y. Pickett with a law license in 1971 after she graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The District 4-B Grievance Committee found Neal guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Neal was hired for representation in a personal injury matter. During the course of the representation, Neal was suspended from the practice of law pursuant to a disciplinary judgment, but continued to represent his client and further failed to inform his client of his suspension.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Neal’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Neal by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Neal practices at 909 Dollins Street in Katy, Texas.
