Attorney David Duncan Jr. of Austin, TX; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented David Turner Duncan Jr. with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

The District 9-A Grievance Committee found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to send letters in civil matter as requested
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to provide accounting for his fees
• Failed to timely refund unearned fees (cheater)
• Failed to reduce judgment to writing
• Failed to file judgment with court on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Neal practices with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission in Austin, Texas.
