Attorney Thomas Greene III of Houston; incompetent loser

The state of Texas presented Thomas Baker Greene III with a law license in 1975 after she graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The District 4-F Grievance Committee found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay required bankruptcy filing fees on client’s behalf
• After being noticed by court re; filing fees, still failed to pay the fees
• Negligence led to client’s bankruptcy petition being dismissed
• Filed new bankruptcy petition but again failed to make corrections
• Second client bankruptcy petition also dismissed due to negligence
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Tommy practices at 2311 Steel Street in Houston, Texas.
