Attorney Elizabeth Callaway of Warrenton, VA; slacker

The state of Virginia presented Elizabeth Ann Mack Callaway with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Liz guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file responsive pleading in timely manner
• Made no argument on behalf of clients at hearing
• Failed to advise clients she failed to respond to summary judgment motion in timely manner
• Failed to inform client of entry of order for default judgment
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Liz by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Liz practices at 15 Garrett Street in Warrenton, Virginia.
