Attorney Glenn Charos of San Marcos, CA; idiot, serial offender

The state of California presented Glenn W. Charos with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Glenn guilty of the following misconduct.

Glenn’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to pursue collection action on behalf of client
  • Failed to file any documents for two years in client personal injury matter
  • Failed to appear at two show cause (contempt) hearings for failing to prosecute client case
  • Failure to file any documents in client’s case led court to dismiss the case
  • Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Glenn!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Glenn by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 15-month suspension of his law license.

In truth the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Glenn.
