The state of California presented Mathew William Simone with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into improper business transaction with clients
• Sought agreement with clients to withdraw disciplinary complaint
• Attempted to enter into agreement that professional misconduct wouldn’t be reported to the bar

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Matty practices with the Law Office of Mathew Simone at 9131 Fletcher Parkway in La Mesa, California, which is located in San Diego County.
