Attorney Kaveh Ardalan of Santa Ana, CA; idiot, repeat offender

The state of California presented Kaveh Ardalan with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Kaveh guilty of the following misconduct.

Kaveh’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Mismanaged client trust account
  • Wrote checks against insufficient funds (rubber)
  • Wrote bad checks to pay rent, personal expenses and to the DMV

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Kaveh was never criminally charged with writing bad checks.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Kaveh by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kaveh.

Kaveh’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to respond to interrogatories from opposing counsel
  • Failed to inform client of her deposition to be taken by opposing counsel
  • Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s multiple motions
  • Sanctioned $900 by trial court
  • Failed to respond to repeated communications from insurer
  • Failed to perform legal services competently (idiot)
  • Failed to respond to client inquires
  • Improperly withdrew from representation
  • Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests
  • Court entered judgment against client when he failed to respond to summary judgment motion

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Kaveh by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Kaveh practices at 1851 East 1st Street in Santa Ana, California.
