Attorney Kyle Collins of Austin, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Kyle B. Collins with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The District 10 Grievance Committee found Kyle guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to respond to client phone calls
  • Failed to make any appearance on client’s behalf
  • Failure to act forced client to obtain alternate counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kyle by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kyle.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Kyle practices at 3102 Tom Green Street in Austin, Texas.
