Attorney Frank Stone of Dallas, TX; serial offender

The state of Texas presented Frank David Stone with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from South Texas University Law School.

The 6^th District Grievance Committee found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly deliver funds to client
• Knowingly disobeyed a court ruling ordering him to pay funds to his client
• Failed to fully   ethics investigators (Up yours, said Frankie!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Frankie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) complimentary suspensions of his law license.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2016), Frankie practices with Loncar & Associates at 424 South Cesar Chavez Blvd in Dallas, Texas.
