Attorney Linda Seals of Irvine, CA; repeat offender

The state of California presented Linda Lee Seals with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

Linda’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to properly supervise firm’s accounts
• Failed to maintain advance costs in trust account
• Failed to pay out client funds promptly

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.  

Linda’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter,Linda saw fit to employ her husband-attorney to work for. However, she did so despite the fact that she absolutely knew he had been disbarred and was therefore engaged in the illegal practice of law.

As a consequen ce of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.  

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Linda practices in Irvine, California.
