Attorney Jeffrey Cancilla of Huntington Beach, CA; thieving loser

The state of California presented Jeffrey Allen Cancilla with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Oregon Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly partnered with non-lawyers
• Illegally split fees with non-lawyers
• Collected illegal advance fees (thief)
• Did not inform three clients he would not be their lawyer
• Withdrew w/o taking steps to avoid prejudice to his clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Jeff practices at 6771 Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach, California, which is located in Orange County.
