Attorney Andrea Burger of Los Angeles; convict

The state of California presented Andrea Selene Burger with a law license in 1994 after she graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Andrea guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Andrea pled no contest (guilty in effect) to being an accessory to a felony, after she destroyed and attempted to hide evidence of identity theft, possession of forged drivers’ licenses, and grand theft.

Andrea admitted that the items were related to felony criminal acts committed by her husband with whom she continued to associate with after he was convicted.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Andrea by gifting her with a complimentary 15-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Andrea practices at 1171 South Robertson Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
