Attorney Michael Powers of Norwood, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Michael Powers with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to perform three-way reconciliation of trust account
• Failed to maintain client ledger with client identifier
• Failed to list every client transaction in trust account records
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Mike practices with the Powers Law Offices PC at 470 Washington Street in Norwood, Massachusetts.
