Attorney Timothy Roche of Mattapan, MA; convicted druggie

The state of Massachusetts presented Timothy Michael Roche with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Suffolk University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
• Bar counsel said it could prove marijuana possession suggested potential for sale of marijuana

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Timmy practices with Dane Shulman Associates LLC at 1629 Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan, Massachusetts.
