The state of New Jersey presented Thomas C. Roselli with a law license in 1986

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Gross neglect of client personal injury matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Made misrepresentations (lied) to client re: status of case

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Dave practices in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
