The state of New Jersey presented John Andrew Klamo with a law license in 1982.

 

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Johnny’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Engaged in gross neglect
  • Negligent misappropriation (theft) of client funds
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

Johnny’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Charged improper expenses on contingent fee matters
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
  • Improperly billed clients for photocopying, postage and phone calls

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

 

Johnny’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to expedite client’s worker’s compensation claim
  • Failed to adequately communicate with client
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to provide minimally acceptable standard of representation
  • Engaged in gross neglect
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Failed to safeguard client property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Johnny practices at 811 Church Road in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
