Attorney William Rush of Fairfield, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented William J. Fairfield with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly notify clients of receipt of client funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Negligent misappropriation (theft) of client funds
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Billy practices at 811 Church Road in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
