Attorney Martin Simpson of West Plains, MO; ethical misfit

The state of Missouri presented Martin Philip Simpson with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Marty found it acceptable to not pay taxes he was required to pay.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Marty practices at 620 Porter Wagoner Blvd in West Plains, Missouri.
