Attorney Jeanne Singer of Frederick, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Jeanne Forrester Singer with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Jeanne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with executor of estate
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to assure employees conduct compatible with professional obligations

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Jeanne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
