Attorney Michael Hanson of O’Fallon, MO; slacker

The state of Missouri presented Michael R. Hanson with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Missouri Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mike!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Mike practices at 225 South Main Street in O’Fallon, Missouri.
