Attorney Tom Cunningham of Houston; cheerleader for Judicial Bigot

The State of Texas presented Tom Alan Cunningham with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

As the chairman of the Texas State Judicial Conduct Commission, Tommy sat on a case involving the egregious misconduct of Justice of the Peace J. Kent Adams. A story detailing Adams’ misconduct can be found by visiting the URL at the end of this article.

It is patently clear that Judge Adams should have been tossed off the bench; however, given his bias in favor of bigoted judges, Tommy saw fit to punish Adams by presenting him with a complimentary admonition. An admonition is akin to a Mother making her son stand in the corner for two minutes because he wouldn’t eat his broccoli.

This is just another case that furthers the contempt Texans have the manner in which Judicial Misfits are made to answer for their misconduct.

Thanks for your disservice to the community, Tommy!

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Tommy practices with Cunningham Darlow LLP at 919 Milam Street in Houston, Texas.
