The Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel found Ronny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected several immigration matters
• Immigration Court dismissed 125 out of 190 pending petitions for review for failing to submit supporting briefs in accordance with the court’s scheduling orders

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division Disciplinary Panel punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
