Attorney John Breclaw of Griffith, IN; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana provided John D. Breclaw with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable to use information relating to a client he had previously represented to the disadvantage of that client at a later date.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Jimmy practices with Steven C. Snyder and Associates at 531 Franklin Square in Michigan City, Indiana.
