Judge Patty Nolan of Globe, AZ - serial perjurer, certified moron! 
Sadly, Judge Patty Nolan has been sitting on the Globe Justice Court since mid-1998. The Globe Justice Court is located about 75 miles east of Phoenix.
In early 2010, the Arizona Judicial Commission filed formal charges against Judge Patty Nolan for engaging in a plethora of egregious misconduct, which included but was not limited to the following:
Failing to issue timely rulings
Arizona law requires justices of the peace such as Patty to issue rulings within 60 days of the date the matter is submitted to the court.
In a 2004 review of Patty’s judicial work, 86 cases were identified that were awaiting decisions by her since 2001. This was followed by a 2009 assessment that identified 4 cases that waited between 624 and 2,847 days for a ruling from Ol’ Patty the Dumbo.
Patty files 100 or more perjured affidavits
In order for Patty to get paid, she had to submit an affidavit stating she didn’t have any pending cases that she hadn’t ruled on within the 60 days allowed by law.
Each and every time (at least 100 or more) that Patty raised her hand and swore to tell the truth, she lied like the dirty-no-good dog she is. In fact, in the case of State v. Weatherman, CR-2000-000809, trial concluded on April 25, and Patty took he case under advisement. It wasn’t until almost eight (8) years late, on Feb 9, 2009 until she finally ruled on the matter.
Each and every time Patty perjured herself she committed a class 4 felony which calls for a 30 month prison sentence. Therefore, Ol’ Patty should or could be indicted on 100 felony charges and then carted off to do at least 250 years at the Perryville State Prison Complex.
I suspect that since Judicial Misfits are held to a much lower standard conduct than we are that Ol’ Patty will n
 ever be charged with even one count of felony perjury.
Patty submitted her resignation of her judgeship to the City of Globe on Aug 9, 2010. Ya gotta wonder how a certified loser like Patty was ever allowed to sit on the bench. What a joke!
