Judge Michael Kalleres of Ely, NV; arrogant scofflaw

The Nevada Commission on Judicial Conduct found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly contacted Ely Township Justice of the Peace Stephen Bishop to inquire about procedures to be taken in regards to criminal charges lodged against his son
• Son incarcerated for domestic battery [wife-beating] charges
• Failed to avoid the appearance of impropriety
• Knowingly abused the prestige of his judicial office
• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications
• Abused judicial office to advance personal interests 
• Visited Judge Bishop’s home to seek recognize release of son

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Kalleres by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Mike continues to sit as White Pine County Municipal Court judge in Ely, Nevada.
