Judge Timothy Forshey of Phoenix; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Timothy A. Forshey with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in inappropriate courtroom demeanor
  • Failed to be patient and courteous to litigants
  • Denied a litigant the opportunity to be heard on motion to dismiss
  • Violated a litigant’s constitutional due process rights to be heard

Apparently, Timmy is under impression that “due process” is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the a.m.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Timmy continues to sit as a pro tem (temporarily assigned) judge while at the same time practicing his brand of law at 1650 North First Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
