ABA (American Bar Assn) announces new Dispute Resolution Rules

 
There are now over 1 million attorneys in the U.S. of A. This unwarranted growth (infestation) of the attorney population has led to serious disputes between attorneys competing for an opportunity to earn fees.
 
The American Bar Association (ABA) panel on Dispute Resolution has determined that uniform rules should be enacted to limit the dog-eat-dog practice of many attorneys as they embark on seeking out a shrinking victim pool.
 
Therefore, the ABA has adopted the following new standards of practice, which includes “Offering to Share Lunch” with your perceived adversary (aka, competitor).
