Attorney Robert Swearingen of College Station, TX; ethical troll

The state of Texas presented Robert A. Swearingen with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

The District 8-1 Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest involving a former client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
